Functional specifications
1: error prevention system:
A: the equipment can be integrated into the customer’s MES system, and can receive the correct or wrong instructions issued by MES. Only when the comparison is correct, the equipment can receive the material.
B: in the case that the customer does not have MES system, the error prevention system of this equipment can be used. Only when the comparison is correct, the equipment will be allowed to receive materials.
C: the unique 6-second error prevention system. After the new material tray is hung on the material rack for 6 seconds, the comparison between the old and new material tray is correct. In the case that the material is not finished, the equipment of material unloading tray will give an alarm, and material receiving is not allowed at the same time.
- Material loss:
The equipment has the function of empty material detection. The empty material part at the front of the material belt will be automatically identified by the equipment, and the empty material belt will be cut off without loss of materials.
3: automatic identification
The equipment has the function of automatic identification of 8*2 or 8*4 material belt. Before receiving the material, the equipment automatically identifies and accurately cuts and corrects without manual selection.
4: automatic material collection function:
After receiving the material belt, long press the material receiving button, which can turn the material belt into the material tray easily.
5: pre-stripping function
