Machine features and functions:
2.1 Controlled by imported electrical components;
2.2 Each tin soldering paste placement slot has independent time control. Once the time is set, the tin soldering paste tank will automatically lower, and the completed warming of the tin soldering paste will automatically be ejected;
2.3 In the event of power failure, if the set time has not been reached, the tin soldering paste tank will automatically eject;
2.4 Soldering paste tanks of different specifications and models (∅ ≤ 70mm) can be used on the same equipment;
2.5 It can simultaneously warm up 8 tanks, each containing 500g of tin soldering paste.
Operating Procedures and Precautions for Solder Paste Reheater:
4.1 Operating Steps
Step 1. Before starting the solder paste reheat machine, connect the air supply first. Adjust the air pressure to the optimal level of 5 kilograms using the air valve, and then connect the power supply.
Step 2. Place the solder paste container in the solder paste tank and set the optimal reflow time. The reference value is 3 hours (Note: The time relay H corresponds to hours, M corresponds to minutes, and S corresponds to seconds). Once the setting is complete, it will display as 03H00.
Step 3. After the time setting is completed, press the green start button. The tank will sink and start to warm up.
Step 4. Once the designated time is reached, the machine will sound an alarm, the solder paste container will automatically pop out, and the re-warming process is completed. Remove the solder paste container and wait for the next operation. If the machine is not used for a long time, the power must be turned off.
4.2 Notes
4.2.1 Please keep the machine clean;
4.2.2 Regularly check if all screws are loose;
4.2.3 Before warming up, check the main power switch of the machine;

A. The warranty period is twelve months from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, if it is not caused by human error, we will provide free repair services. If it is caused by human error or beyond the warranty period, we will charge appropriate repair fees on a case-by-case basis. Lifetime maintenance is available.
B. The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
1. Machine damage caused by improper operation, careless use, or natural disasters.
2. Machine malfunction due to incorrect operation.
3. Machines that have been disassembled or repaired by non-company technicians.
4. Damage caused by using non-company consumables or accessories.
5. Damage caused by using voltages other than those specified by the company.
C. Beyond this guarantee, any warranty card issued by any other business name or individual is not recognized by our company.
D. Please keep this card and the official purchase receipt safely. Present them to our staff when having the machine repaired for verification, and it will be valid.
E. If this card does not have the company’s seal of purchase and the purchase date, it will automatically become invalid.
6. Machines that have been disassembled or repaired by non-company technicians.
7. Damages caused by using non-company consumables or accessories.
8. Damages caused by using voltages other than those specified by the company.
